René, our Membership Secretary, will share with you why it’s important for members to have their say, and how you can influence the products and services we offer. |
| 2:20pm – 3pm | Explore Your Membership (Orangery Room) Do you want to know more about your Benenden Health membership? Bel, Benenden Health’s Senior Partnership Manager, will provide an overview of services included within your Benenden Health Membership and how you can access them. |
| 3:20pm – 4pm | 24/7 GP Helpline (Orangery Room) Did you know from day one of your membership, you can access the GP helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? You can even access this helpline when travelling overseas! To find out more, Alex from Health Heros will provide you with more information about this invaluable service and will be on hand to answer your questions. |
| 4:20pm – 5pm | Mind Essex (Orangery Room) Did you know, in 2022 and 2023, Local Minds supported almost 470,000 people? Karen, Head of Income Generation and Engagement from Mind Essex, will deliver an informative presentation on how best to take care of your mental wellbeing and exploring Mind’s Mental Health Toolkit. |
