24/7 GP Helpline (Orangery Room)
Did you know from day one of your membership, you can access the GP helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? You can even access this helpline when travelling overseas!
To find out more, Alex from Health Heros will provide you with more information about this invaluable service and will be on hand to answer your questions.

Mind Essex (Orangery Room)
Did you know, in 2022 and 2023, Local Minds supported almost 470,000 people?
Karen, Head of Income Generation and Engagement from Mind Essex, will deliver an informative presentation on how best to take care of your mental wellbeing and exploring Mind’s Mental Health Toolkit.
