| 3:00pm - 3:45pm | Explore Your Membership (Mozart Suite) Do you want to know more about your Benenden Health membership? Graeme from Benenden Health’s Member Services department will provide an overview of services included within your Benenden Health Membership and how you can access them. |
| 4:10pm - 5.00pm | Stress, Anxiety, Sleep and Resilience (Mozart Suite) Do you suffer from stress and anxiety, or are you having trouble sleeping? We will be joined by Llinos, our Clinical Services Sister, who will be on hand with great tips and coping mechanisms. |

Car 🚗 - There is limited parking available onsite at the rear of the hotel and it is chargeable at £10 per day. There are no disabled spaces available onsite. The nearest public car park to the venue is Newcastle Station long stay car park on Neville Street, less than 150 yards away. For this car park please use postcode NE1 5DL. Parking is available from £3.50 per hour.
Bus 🚌 - Approximately 0.3 miles from Newcastle Coach Station.
Train 🚄 - Approximately 200 metres from Newcastle Central Train Station.
