Our Member Meetups are back!

After the success of last year's meetup, Scotland Community can't wait to welcome you again - and this year it's going to be even better! This is a drop-in style event, so feel free to stay for as long or as little as you wish.

Guest Speaker Schedule ⏲

2pm – 2:30pm	Registration opens
2:30pm – 3:10pm	Explore Your Membership (The Jura Room) Do you want to know more about your Benenden Health membership? Nikki, from Benenden Health’s Member Services department, will provide an overview of services included within your Benenden Health Membership and how you can access them.
3:30pm – 4pm	Your role in changing our mutual future (The Jura Room) Did you know that as a Benenden Health Member, you can influence the products and services we offer? Sue, our Scotland Community Leader, will share with you why it’s important for members to have their say, and how you can influence the products and services we offer.
4:20pm – 5pm	Bowel Cancer UK (The Jura Room) Did you know that bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK? Patrick, a volunteer from Bowel Cancer UK, will deliver an informative presentation in which you can learn the facts about bowel cancer, including the six most common symptoms, receive information on how to reduce the risk of bowel cancer, and learn about the importance of the NHS screening programme.
5:20pm – 6pm	Discover more about our Charitable Trust (The Jura Room) Did you know that if you are experiencing financial difficulties or stress because of a health condition or an unexpected change in circumstances, we may be able to help you financially? Cheryl, our Society Matron, will provide you with more information about this service, including what Benenden Charitable Trust can help with and how to apply.
6:20pm – 7pm	Explore Your Membership (The Jura Room) Do you want to know more about your Benenden Health membership? Nikki, from Benenden Health’s Member Services department, will provide an overview of services included within your Benenden Health Membership and how you can access them.

Car 🚗 - There is no onsite parking available. Discounted parking is available at Edinburgh Waverley Train Station Car Park - Parking in Edinburgh Waverley Station Car Park | Edinburgh | APCOA Parking | APCOA. To obtain your parking discount, please visit the hotel reception upon departure where you will be provided with a discount token. This can be applied when you return to the car park to pay and exit.

Bus 🚌 - Approximately 0.4 miles from Edinburgh Bus Station.

Train 🚄 - Approximately 300ft via Market Street from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station.
