Our Member Meetups are back!
After the success of last year's meetup, North and East Kent Community can't wait to welcome you again. The Meetup will take place from 10am to 12:30pm with tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.

Meet your Community Representatives and have your say 💬
Did you know that as a member you can influence the products and services we offer? As a mutual, we believe that an important part of your Benenden Health Membership is having the opportunity to have your say. Our Community Representatives are a group of volunteers who's role is to engage with you, ensuring you are kept informed and given the opportunity to share your views. Your Representatives will be on hand during the Meetup to listen should you wish to share your ideas or experiences and advise you of the process for submitting any ideas for consideration.

Introducing our Guest Speakers👨‍🏫👩‍🏫
We are delighted to be joined by several guest speakers from Benenden Hospital.
- Jacqui Farrow, Deputy Imaging Manager, and Vicky Smith, Senior Radiographer, will deliver an interesting presentation on diagnostic imaging including ultrasound scans, x-rays, MRT and CT scans.
- Peter Norris, North and East Kent Community's Member Council Representative, will provide an update on member involvement and why the Member Council is important.
- Claire Harley, Hospital Director, will provide you with updates from Benenden Hospital.
- Helen Hume, Dietician and Director of Kent Family Medical, will provide an overview of general nutrition, what it means to people and how to use this information for themselves in their busy lives.

Meet local charities at your Member Meetup!

We've invited British Heart Foundation, Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS), and 21 Together Down's Syndrome Charity. They'll be available to answer your questions and share insights about their invaluable work. Don't miss this chance to connect with these remarkable charities.

Car 🚗 - Car parking is available at the venue free of charge. In order for us to manage car parking capacity at the venue it is important that you advise us if you are driving a car. When registering your attendance can you please note in the special requirements field that you will be driving a car.
Bus 🚌 - Approximately 1.3 miles from Chatham Waterfront Bus Station.
Train 🚄 - Approximately 1.6 miles from Chatham Train Station and approximately 1.4 miles from Gillingham Train Station.
