North West London Community would like to thank all members who attended their first new style Member Meetup at the Coram Conference Centre, Bloomsbury.
The event was well received by the 102 members who attended (including their guests) who enjoyed some fantastic presentations from a range of presenters. We were joined by:
Llinos Connolly, the Clinical Services Sister from Benenden Health's Registered Office who provided a presentation on “How Healthy Are You!” including top tips on health and wellbeing.
Jane Cooper, from Benenden Health's Products and Services Team who provided an overview of services included within your Benenden Health membership. Members found this very informative and enjoyed the opportunity to ask questions.
The Member Engagement Team were on hand and keen to speak with members and explain how to access the Online Community.
Louise King from Benenden Hospital provided an overview of first aider's responsibilities and a demonstration on how to use a defibrillator.
Jordan Dehara from Benenden Hospital provided an interactive presentation on keeping active with recommended exercises, including tips on lifting correctly.
Chris Cain from Grace Consulting, our third party provider for our Care Planning, Social Care and Neurodiversity and disability Advice Service provided an excellent overview of the support available through your Benenden Membership.
The event was well attended by North West London Community Representatives, who were on hand throughout the day and did a great job engaging with Members about their Community and their roles.
It was lovely to meet face-to-face with so many members and we hope to see you again soon.
