Member Meetup Update...
North and East Kent Community would like to thank all members who attended their first new style Member Meetup at Canterbury Cricket Ground.
The event was very well attended and members enjoyed a fantastic presentation from Jane Styche our Ophthalmic Sister from Benenden Hospital who provided top tips for caring for your eyes. There were also some informative presentations delivered by Peter Norris, Member Council Representative discussing the current and future health of the Society. Followed by David Hatcher, North East and Kent Community Leader introducing the new Online Community and explaining the Democratic Structure of Benenden Health Communities.
Attendees enjoyed some cake and refreshments and really appreciated the meetup’s focus on health issues and the opportunity to engage with Community Representatives.
